Biodiversity is an essential value for the balance of our ecosystems, and that is why we work actively for its protection.<\/p>\n\n
In all our fields, the native forest areas are protected<\/strong>, ensuring the conservation of species and habitats. Since 2022, we have been partners of the ProYungas Protected Productive Landscape program<\/strong>, through which we survey large mammals, birds, and the conservation status of native flora on our farms. <\/p>\n\n We are also responsible for the care and maintenance of the “El Taficillo” Private Reserve<\/strong> a farm of more than 600 hectares located in the Tapia area, owned by ROMAR S.A.<\/p>\n\n In 2023, we began an ambitious reforestation project at the “San Antonio” farm (El Zapallar, La Cocha)<\/strong>, which includes reforesting more than 1,800 hectares with the planting of 250,000 native trees over a period of 20 to 25 years.<\/p>\n\n On our farms in the southern part of the province, we carried out the first survey of small mammals in La Cocha<\/strong> a key milestone for the study and conservation of these species.<\/p>\n\n In addition, hunting is strictly prohibited <\/strong>on all our properties, reaffirming our commitment to the preservation of wildlife.<\/p>\n\n Through each of these actions, we strive to protect, restore, and promote biodiversity, understanding that its preservation is fundamental for a sustainable
